Enterprise Deal Guide
From first conversation to go-live: transparent terms, no surprises. Credits that may apply are listed below so there is nothing to guess.
How to Close a Deal
Five steps from intro to live deployment.
Tell us your team size, agent stack, and compliance requirements. 30 minutes. We’ll confirm fit or say so honestly.
We send a scoped Statement of Work with pricing, SLA terms, and your chosen discount tier locked in. View the SOW template →
Redline, negotiate, and sign. We target a 24-hour turnaround on legal reviews. The speed-to-close clock starts from SOW receipt, so we move fast too.
We target having your dedicated Fleet tenant live within one business day of contract execution. We walk you through SSO (Okta today; SAML/Entra on request) and ruleset migration together.
Target: a dedicated Slack channel, weekly check-in, and a named point of contact for the first 30 days. Ongoing priority SLA support thereafter.
Source Code Access
SigmaShake is source-available to enterprise customers. ssg and SigmaShake Desktop are not open source, but we’ll grant your team a read-only license to the source for the version you license for security review, compliance audit, on-prem build verification, and continuity-of-operations escrow.
ssg and SigmaShake Desktop, plus build instructions reproducible against our published checksums.Terms are codified in a Source Code Access Addendum to your SOW. Procurement, security, and legal questions are welcome. Mention “source access” on the discovery call and we’ll send the addendum alongside your SOW draft.
Deal credits
Modest early-close credits when timing fits. Ask on the discovery call. Everything that applies is itemized in your SOW.
